Bye-Bye and thank you!Hello Dear Friends,परिवर्तन संसार का नियम है!While I’m excited for the new opportunities ahead of me to explore something new, leaving Cadence and great working relationships like this one is tough decision for me. Mixed of feelings!😊Transitions are always tough and we need to adjust with the new environment to come out of our comfort zone. I had seen sequence of transitions like Primary education in native -> Secondary Education -> Higher secondary education in out of village -> College life -> First Job placement -> Married Life -> Becoming a Father and now again transition from first company(Cadence acquires Sibridge Technologies😊) -> new company.From joining Cadence as part of Sibridge Technologies acquisition, to working for 7.5 years here, Each day I felt eternally grateful. No matter how far we go in our career, The former employer always remains special. I would like to express my gratitude for all of the growth opportunities this company has provided me over the past 7.5 years. I would like to thank my former manager Gurudatta Mewundi, present managers Yeshavanth, Vinod Lakshman, my Lead Neha Dubey, my dear team members RAJ SHINGALA,Aaditya Joshi and BUDDHI PRAKASH SAINI. Thank you for being an amazing team and sharing all the highs and lows for customer support and hearing me carefully during KT sessions. Thanks to Pratik Gupta,Priti Dobariya and Yatendra Chauhan for fruitful discussion to understand the VIP Usage. Please keep up the good work and “Verify with Excellence!” .A whole hearted thanks to Chetan Shingala for always being an influencer and a guardian for me during my time here. And thank you Mineeta,Shailesh Dalwadi and Hamid for all the support throughout.Thanks to all my Sibridge Technologies Friends connected from last 11 years.
